A one day Telephone Techniques Training Course designed to develop and maintain Customer relationships. Introduces the Qualities and Key Skills required for success. Learn how to project the correct image, handle difficult situations and stay calm under pressure. We run the course regularly at the Holiday Inn in Manchester. The cost of the course is £200+VAT per person and includes a comprehensive set of notes, buffet lunch, tea and coffee. For more than one person from the same organisation on the same course and date a 10% discount is applied.
